Unlike popular methods such as soft serve and batch production, Kline's sticks to the almost obsolete process of continuous freeze production.
While other methods may yield more ice cream due to added air during the whipping process, Kline's takes a slower and more laborious approach, resulting in a superior quality product without the added air.
The 1943 Vintage Tee was created in celebration of Kline's time-honored methods.
